Wildfire Chopped Salad Dressing recipe, finally

So, many years ago I recreated my take on Wildfire Restaurant's Chopped Salad dressing. As was my genre at the time, I just posted it in video format. That was my thing. So now I'm finding it necessary to go back and add written versions of the recipes in the video info, as that's what's the peeps want.
So here it is. I think it's really close to the one they use in the restaurant. We had it just tonight.

Wildfire Salad dressing

ingredients:
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
spoonful salt
spoonful onion powder
1 clove garlic finely chopped
small handful chopped onion
a couple shakes of red pepper flakes
a couple shakes of paprika
juice of one lime

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine making sure
the sugar is dissolved.
Enjoy

  1. Rob,
I've been a long time follower of yours (about 10 years if I had to guess) I don't remember ever seeing that video or the recipe before, can't wait to try it.

Thank you for sharing all your creations, you have inspired me over the years and as a result of you and your teachings cooking is and has been my passion since stumbling upon one of your video's so many years ago.

A sincere thank you from my wife and myself as she has not had to cook in the last 10 +/- years.

    It is definitely worth it.

  2. Joe,

Thanks so much. Great to hear from you. It had been kind of a discouraging week so hearing from you was much needed. Have a great day.
